Automates the identification of incoming communications (free-form text, formatted text/forms, formatted input) to determine nature and content, determination of disposition based on content compared against client business rules, acquisition of corresponding or prescribed images and/or other files, the creation and formatting of a workflow item as required, the required routing of the created workflow into a client’s system or to a client instance of a 4 S workflow system, and the delivery of image files or document files to specified client locations
